How it all started

Charlie the clown was very shy as a child and was always wary of anyone dressed up in costume. That's why when he started putting together his children's show at the age of just sixteen, he tailored his act, make up, and costume to take into consideration any children who were shy just like he was as a child.

His very gentle approach to small children has worked really well over the years and has seen him regularly rebooked in play schools, nurseries and pre schools all over the south. The main reason this works so well is that he keeps his make up to a minimum, isn't overpowering and makes sure that there are no loud bangs or anything in the show that would frighten or upset any little ones. 

A RECENT COMMENT.

Very pleased at how Charlie changed his act so soon after seeing him last time. It was pitched just right for the pre school age group, so was his appearance and manner, as some of the children there were wary of clowns, but by the end of the show they were all up and joining in. It was marvelous to watch.
