Charlie the Award Winning Clown is one of the most well respected
Children's entertainers in his field and is not only proud to say that he has made his full time living being an entertainer since leaving school at the age of sixteen but has performed to the children of many top celebrities and even the Royal children on more than one occasion. 
 

Charlie had one of the best apprenticeships anyone in the children's entertainment profession could ever wish for. Whilst performing at a show one day, he was spotted by Dave Moore the entertainments executive of Britain's foremost Holiday company Butlin's in Bognor Regis and was given the job of not only performing but running the whole children's entertainment team performing to hundreds of children every night as well as performing to the thousands of guests who stayed there and visited each and every day.

After leaving Butlins in 1988 Charlie has entertained at many prestigeous venues both in the UK and abroad, and has performed tens of thousands of shows at private parties, corporate events, in theatres and even performed on TV  several times.
Charlie also writes comedy and is a magical adviser to a leading UK based circus.

Charlie the Magical Clown is a very happy, friendly Clown. Suitable for any type of event, large or small. He is one of the most popular children's entertainers working the South of England. Not only is he very funny, he knows exactly how to win over small children who may be shy, by using his kind and patient personality. 

Charlie The award winning Clown who is based in Fareham, near Portsmouth, in Hampshire, has been entertaining children for many years, and in this time, he has learnt exactly what it is that children (and parents) want from a children's entertainer.
 
Everything in his shows is kept very easy to understand and is made very colourful
to hold the children's attention throughout. There are no loud noises or anything to upset any small children, as Charlie (being a dad himself) understands that some youngsters will be seeing a clown for probably the first time and may be a bit shy
of people dressed in costume.
 
That's why Charlie adopts a very calm soft approach when dealing with pre school and nursery aged children. Charlie currently has numerous repeat bookings in many playgroups and pre-schools because of his very gentle style.
